We offer FREE shipping worldwide for any orders over $900. Our standard shipping method is USPS Priority Mail, USPS International Economy, or UPS Ground. Other options are available and can be chosen at checkout for an additional fee.

International Shipping is also available through DHL and UPS. *Please be aware that custom fees and other taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer. We can value your order to be priced as $40 USD and shown as human hair piece to avoid high custom fees. Please either leave a note at checkout, call us at 512.222-7879, or send an email to info@d-enchanted.com stating you are wishing to request a lesser value amount. Please be aware that we will no longer automatically be doing this UNLESS we get notification that you would like for us to do this.
Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days and tracking information will be provided via email given. It may take up to 1 business day to see movement of order.

Shipping insurance is optional and highly recommended. This option helps cover 100% payment guarantee & protect your order from damage, loss, or theft if these issues were to occur while on transit to your destination. Please be aware that Debra's Enchanted is not responsible for damage, loss, or theft.
