Our team is available to assist with online orders, product questions, and customer service during the following hours:

Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM CT
Saturday: 10:00 AM–3:00 PM CT
Sunday: Closed

Please note that business hours do not represent walk-in availability.

In-Person Consultations

In-person consultations are available by appointment only.

We understand that choosing a wig or topper can be a very personal experience. Private appointments allow us to give you our full attention, answer your questions, discuss your individual needs, and help you explore your options in a comfortable and discreet setting.

Appointment availability is limited and may vary by week.

Walk-ins are not available.

Virtual Consultations

Prefer to meet from home? Virtual consultations are available by appointment and are a convenient option for clients both locally and outside the Austin area.

During your consultation, we can discuss your needs, answer questions about our wigs and toppers, review colors and cap options, and help guide you toward the right piece.

Our in-person consultation location and arrival instructions will be provided when your appointment is scheduled or confirmed.

Because consultations are offered by appointment only, please do not arrive without a confirmed appointment.
