Return/Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted but must be returned on day 3 [Day 1 is the day it is delivered (includes PO Box and days attempted to deliver)]. If delivered on a weekend, please send us an email no later than 5pm on Sunday to mail out on Monday.

Shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend getting pieces insured as Debra's Enchanted is not responsible for items lost, misplaced, or any other issues when returned.

Please email tracking number, when shipped back, to info@d-enchanted.com before the end of day 3. If received on a weekend, send email to let us know item will be shipped out on Monday. Item is not returnable if tracking information nor return notification is received. Package will automatically be returned back to sender.

Do not request signature as we cannot guarantee someone present when item is delivered. If signature requested, please contact us immediately so we are made aware. However, if item returned to you due to inability to reach us, Debra's Enchanted will not be responsible for fees or packages when returned back to sender, if signature's required. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Note: Debra's Enchanted is not responsible for lost packages when returned. You must file a claim with the delivery company. Please notify us as soon as possible so we are made aware of situation.

We do NOT offer a cancellation policy. Normal restock fees will apply should you cancel your order prior to it being shipped out.

All returns will be thoroughly inspected. There is a 15% re-stocking fee plus any additional fees incurred through method of payment services (i.e. paypal international fee) and all items must be returned as follows:

· No odors (perfume, smoke, hair products)

· Lace intact and not altered in any way

· Have not applied anything to the hair, moved part, washed, or used heating tools

· If clips are left open when item shipped and received, there will be a $15 deduction from your refund.

· Must be returned with all items that were included in the package. Anything kept will be deducted from refund. Wig grip ($15.00), Hair Instruction Card ($5); Hair bag ($20)

· If there is hair attached to any tape that is on the envelope when sent back, this will automatically disqualify for a refund. PLEASE make sure the piece is protected from fly away's sticking to the tape when sealing to prevent this from happening.

Refund will be processed within 1-2 days after receiving the item(s), minus shipping, return fee, and any other fees mentioned above. Refund will be returned by method of payment received by initial transaction. *International fees, that are charged through payment systems, will be deducted if they are required for refund. Debra's Enchanted is not responsible for currency changes. Debra's Enchanted is not responsible for custom fees and must be paid by sender.

Items not available for refund: All final sale items, any alterations made to a piece (i.e. bangs added, bleaching knots, lace removal, trim, and color request), and pre-orders.

Exchanges: 

Debra's Enchanted will honor a one time exchange. This can also include placing a pre-order of a piece you would prefer to order. Typical wait time is 8-12 weeks.

One exchange is allowed for value purchased. It will be a final sale. Can also apply as credit for another piece at a later time and/or place a pre-order. Credit will be provided if item exchange cost less. If exchange cost more, price difference must be paid prior to shipping out.
